Web Project Manager

Digital Marketing firm seeks experienced web client service project coordinator who is willing to work in a fast-paced environment, energetic and passionate about accomplishing the day-to-day management, and smooth trafficking of various digital projects with a heavy emphasis on website design and development and daily communication with developers and clients.

The right candidate will be a tech-savvy professional to manage and deliver our websites and other digital products from start to finish within quality, time and budget requirements. Candidate must be detailed, organized and have excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end project management and direction of web projects
  • Train current clients on CMS basics
  • Ability to lead/host and conduct project meetings with clients
  • Monitor progress on upcoming project deadlines
  • Collaborate, direct, communicate and manage projects with internal team members
  • Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
  • Communicate with clients to obtain and implement digital content, assets, and issue resolution
  • Develop and provide support documentation
  • Monitor and report on Google Analytics metrics
  • Ability to update DNS records as needed
  • A working understanding of Content Management Systems
  • Highlight potential timeline risks or process breakdowns and act proactively to resolve issues
  • Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new processes

Job Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Digital Project Manager
  • Hands-on experience with project management software
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems and HTML/CSS
  • Willing to train clients on Content Management System basics
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Must be able to multi-task while performing under tight deadlines
  • Solid experience and knowledge of marketing and web principles
  • Conversational understanding of Domain Name Systems

Video Editor/Videographer

Job Description:

44i seeks experienced Video Editor/Videographer who is energetic, creative, and passionate about story-telling and marketing through video. Ideal candidate is well versed in Premiere Pro and After Effects with a good understanding of short and long-form commercial production processes. Experience in videography and production is a plus.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of all aspects of video production
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Knowledge of post-production video workflow and asset management
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere
  • Experience with Adobe After Effects
  • Experience with the Adobe Photoshop
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to manage workflow and meet deadlines
  • Ability to approach problem-solving with resourcefulness and creativity
  • Strong time- and project-management skills
  • Portfolio of previous work
  • Experience with teleprompters
  • Direct talent on set
